Formatting the Product Description

Hi there,

On the product listing page, I wanted the product description to appear as it does on the product info page, namely, a bulleted list. It looks like the html has been stripped out, and now it's just one lumped together paragraph. How can I keep the bullets on the listing page?

The HTML is stripped out ... because it is truncated, unless the "full" products_description is added to each product it cannot display it in part ...

Does this mean that it can't be done? Or, that it can't be done from the admin menu? Can it be done by altering the code?

You would need to alter the code to NOT clean it on the product_description and to extend the size to the full products_description as any truncation will probably break the listing ...
