I am betting you can get through this on your own. I know you're freaked out right now, but once you get your database to the correct level, other things may fall into place for you. Anyone who's replied to you so far can help get you through, so don't feel you're alone in this.

Well, she got her db upgraded.

I wish I knew what happened to her template files. Her logo is MIA. I think most of what's left can be done from the admin and by editing/recreating her custom template. It's based on blue_strip if anyone's familiar with it.

We're coasting now. The rest of what you want to do is fairly easy. I firmly believe that we're much better off knowing how to do it ourselves. Of course, there are some folks that just don't have the time or the inclination (nothing wrong with that... gives the rest of us something to do!), but you are ahead of the game if you can at least take care of the minor things in an emergency.
