User Tracking Error Points to DB

Please anyone who can tell me what this means.
I hit user tracking in Admin and every other time I get this.

This happens Starting Today when I click on the User tracking in Tools From Admin.

Dropping a connection for a single-field query like that would lead me to look at my system. Are you experiencing any other DB issues anywhere else? If you're using MyISAM tables--if you don't know what that means, you probably are --have you optimized your tables recently?
