Connection Problem?

I just recently downloaded and successfully installed my zencart store. Today I noticed when I access my store (www.thetoypallet.com/zencart) I get a connection problem page that says will be fixed within minutes. It has been displaying this message for a couple of days. Also I cannot log in to my admin section either. What do I do?

contact your host and ask them to fix the mysql,
this is just a page that says there is no connection to the database,
zen cart dosnt fix this just tells you there is an issue
