Account Creation Problem

Hi,

I have zencart installed at www.fokkohouwing.com

I get quite a few of emails from people telling me they can not create an account. I also get sales throughout the day so for some people it works, for others it does not.

I have not been able to replicate the problem, which does not make me happy, cause if I can not replicate it, how to fix it?

Two questions:
1 - Has anyone had the same problem, and if so, what was the solution?

2 - Please see if you can get an account, and if you run into problems please help identify the root cause of it.

I could create one but had a message saying I could not do what ever I wanted to do ...

What happens if you switch to the Classic template?
