USPS new rates May

Was this post to me? If so, thank you for reponding to my post. Yes, I did edit the file per the instructions in the post. It did not correct the issue. Did I do it incorrectly? I removed the edit and as I said in my post, it just resulted in a different error.

Okay, I see my issue. I had created a duplicate of the file in the same directory and that was screwing it up. Sorry!!

There are rules concerning weight on USPS ... there is also a rule on amount for one of the shipping methods on orders over $400.00

These will disable shipping methods if the weight does not work for that method or the order total is over $400.00

3. any item, I am trying a v2 supporter for $38.99 .8 lbs

I used USPS website and it gives me 4 options, all of which I have enabled.
I have tried to estimate shipping to UK and Canada and they nothing comes up for any of them.

I am stilling working on it and nothing. I even installed UPS so I could see if there was something else wrong. Did you get those prices off my shipping est? I can't get anything international but the UPS?

Also seeming to have problems with international USPS.

Zen Cart version 1.3.0 and I physically removed the old files (replacing them with the new patch files). Other than updating the module, nothing else was done. It's currently set to Production server. Ideas? Thoughts? Is this USPS or me?

Where is the regular Express Mail International (non-flat rate, non-envelope)? That's the one I'm referring too. Basically the Global Express Mail (GEM) for packages replacement. If you use the calculator on the website you'll see what I'm referring too.

flat rate envelopes "Express Mail International (EMS) Flat Rate Envelope" are the wrong rate. ill fix this in a few minutes and post the fix

sorry, my error. i misread the debug email. EMS flat rate is correct.
