I have not upgraded to v1.3.7 yet. Will the PayPal fixes work on v1.3.6?

We just had a PayPal payment come through, but the order is not recorded in the store. Things seem to have been processing fine until today, so I'm not sure what to go try to fix.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
