I was wondering if its possible to change out my flash header when a customer clicks on a different category. Anyone have some thoughts on this?

Just a guess...
You can create individual stylesheets for particular pages (search the forum for how to do it). Then set your Flash header in the stylesheet. You don't need to duplicate everything in the stylesheet. Just add the bit you want to be different.
