Insert Web Link Not Working?

Been a while since I made a link, and did make one successfully before. But now when I click on the "Insert web link" button I get a blank box that I cannot click inside or anything. Isn't something wrong here? What's supposed to be inside there? Any idea how to correct this?

I think when you click on the link the info is gone/blank. Sorry I'm not on-line with my site...So you will need to rewrite it. It might look something like this.
http://www.yoursitename.com/foldername/page.htm

so you need the http://www.yoursitename.com (this is your domain name)
after that it can vary depend how deep the web page is at.
the /foldername is key if you have the web page in that folder name.
then comes the web page name page.htm or it could be page.html

Thank you for your reply, Nomad, but that is not really the issue I am having. To be more specific...

When I am editing a product and I am in the Product Description field (WYSIWIG mode) and I want to add a link, I click on the link button. A window pops up that says "Insert/Modify Link". But, when I click in the fields on that popup window, it does not allow me to type anything. Nothing. I place my cursor in the URL field and it does not appear or let me type.

I have realized, though, that this is a bug with Firefox (PC). It works on the Mac and in IE (PC).

You can add this manually if you click the third buttton to the right after the link icon <>

Anyway sounds like a bug then. I would post this in the bug section and see what others will say.
I'm using teh latest version of IE and I have not problems on a pc.

anything ever come of this? Noticing I am having the same problem using latest version of firefox and latest version of zencart.
