I was wondering how to delete one portion out of the checkout success page, it looks like the wording and box below
"Please notify me of updates to these products "

oh, found the answer it's in
Admin ... Customer Details ...
Customer Product Notification Status
Turn this off and it will not display in the checkout_success nor in the My Account ...
