Add button on each product for a quote?

Is it possible to add a button to all product pages that says
"Customize this product",

When the user clicks the button: a form will come up with the product ID/Name and a submit button that goes to email for a quote on customizing?

Ex: Go to this product

The user wants a green apple instead of a red one and a purple dress instead of green. so on so on

So the user hits the button that says Customize this product and the form comes up.

I was just going to suggest this.

Someone else recently adopted this module into "Report a Lower Price." Download that one too, and take the best ideas from both.
