What is your 5 digit US zip code that you have setup?
Did you contact USPS after obtaining your account information to activate your account for the Live server?
Make sure that you entered the right code for the USPS Shipping module ... sometimes cutting and pasting is better than typing ...
Where are you shipping to, that this is not working properly?
What weight is the product that you are trying to ship?
