For zone rate, I know you have to use country codes like US, CA, etc...

Is there any way to use state codes? Like maybe something like US/CA for United States/California?

The reason I am asking is because I would like to use zone rates for the continental usa.

Let me know your thoughts.

Also, when I use US as a zone and I try to checkout, it says that the shipping rate can't be figured out at that time. Ever seen that?
