Images... Not seeing medium dir images from cart

Zen Cart 1.3.7
Database Patch Level: 1.3.7
v1.3.7 [2007-01-17 12:09:06] (Fresh Installation)

I have a few mods, SEO URLS, Cross sell, Google payments, shipping_insurance.... When I click though on the products I don't see the image from the medium dir but only the same original image bigger sized. Any ideas why my medium images are not showing? I can pull the images into my browser but the cart doesn't pull them. Admin listed as _MED same as files in medium dir.

Admin listed as _MED same as files in medium dir.

Post the file names "EXACTLY" as they exist for a couple of images in the form of:

your base image name
your medium image name
