Where or Where is the Up Sell?

I posted this question to a thread over a week ago can anyone help?

Ok I have installed Upsell ( new version) on my 1.3.7 shop but for the life of me I can not figure out where in the admin, front end etc.. I try to use this feature?

We have followed the install text to the letter and have no error but don't see anything different about the cart?

Can someone help? thanks!

if its x-sell then its setup in the admin under catalog

Kool, you remembered to make the following change

Open includes/modules/YOUR_TEMPLATE/cart_upsell.php and modify any of the defined parameters you desire

remember to rename YOUR_TEMPLATE to match your custom template

We have modified the cart up-sell page and set it to show 3 products and 1 column. Just cant find where to add my "suggested items" in admin.

It might be your best bet to try to email the author

The cross sell portion is a separate mod to be installed if you desire. It adds a section of products of your choosing to be displayed on whatever product pages you desire. If you do install it, this mod will then display the cross sell window on the shopping cart page as well, keying off the items in the shopping cart.

The up sell portion is already built into zen cart and is the "customers who purchased this item also purchased..." box which displays on any products page for which other customers have purchased **that exact same item, along with other items. This mod then also displays that box on the shopping cart page, keying off whatever items are in the cart.

**If there are not completed orders in your installation of zen cart, then there is no buying history of "customers who purchased this item also purchased..." to be able to display.

On the admin side, the only configuration of this mod is setting the number of columns per row to display in the upsell box which is done under configuration->Product Info and as the install.txt states, "open includes/modules/YOUR_TEMPLATE/cart_upsell.php and modify any of the defined parameters you desire...".

I have installed both of these mods and I am still not seeing the cross sell items on the cart page, but they are on the product page....any ideas?
