Can someone PLEASE help me replace the logos in the header and the blank image box at the bottom of the page in the purpleshades template (which is awesome by the way!)?

I've tried about 100 things and now I'm soooo confused I don't know which way is up.

Well, the easiest way to change the images, if you want to keep the same layout up top, and just have different images up there, you just upload your own versions over these files:

/includes/templates/purpleshades/images/sitelogo.gif
/includes/templates/purpleshades/images/hdr_mid_pics.gif

As for the no image picture, that's very odd, looks like that was just stuck in there somewhere accidentally? Do a search in your admin with the "Developers Tool Kit" under "Tools" for "no_picture.gif" and see if it shows up somewhere.
