Hi folks -
I'm having an issue with with taking orders - A customer wrote the following to us.
"Here is the screen shot from my computer. I have tried using netscape,
firefox and Internet explorer. The problem is that it will not let me
choose what type of CC I have. So, when I put my credit card number in
and your system tries to authorize it, it can't. It says the credit card"
is the wrong type."
I logged into the system as a customer in different ways and the credit card
field was missing - you couldn't choose between Visa, Mastercard, etc. I use
Linkpoint which is the only installed Payment Module. This wasn't a problem as
of yesterday.
Any ideas what could have caused this? I looked at all the settings and they
seem correct, and I don't believe anything's been changed. I'm attaching
a piece of the screenshot with the customer's information edited out. I put an
red oval around where the credit card field would normally be.
