removing items from site map

Where do I find the file that determines the links in the sitemap?

I opened site_map.php but it does not show all the links that are being displayed when I open the sitemap from the actual cart.

I want to removed un-used links like 'page 2', 'page 3', etc. I have removed these from the information side box already.

Try Configuration --> Define Page Status

If you set the pages you don't want to "3", they are removed from the Sitemap.
