Paypal error 10002 misconfigured mixed live and sandbox

Hello, We are very close to haviing out zencart site up and running, www.expressservicesonline.com/cart, but have run into a paypal snag, We are not using sandbox and have never set it up, but when I try to make a $.01 pruchase I get this error:

We are sorry for the inconvenience. The PayPal account in this store is presently misconfigured to use mixed sandbox and live settings. We are unable to complete your transaction. Please notify the store owner so they can correct this problem. (10002) 10002 Security error - Security header is not valid

I just installed the most recient paypal patch and it did change the error a bit, it didn't use to say: 10002 Security error - Security header is not valid. And the error now comes up on step 2 where it use to come up on step 1.

The PayPal module generates several log files for each transaction.
Can you look through them for the one that says "SetExpressCheckout" in it, and contains that same error? And post the contents ?

If you're still using v1.3.7, you might want to also be sure you've applied the most recent PayPal patch for v1.3.7 from here:

"Security Header is Not Valid" indicates that the User/Password/Signature data that you entered is not a valid combination.

Check to be sure that you've accurately transferred the information from your PayPal account settings into your Zen Cart module settings?

Hello again, we checked to see if all of our passwords and settings were the same between paypal and zencart and they were. I am wondering if we should start over completely and reinstall the payment module? It is frustrating to get this far so smoothly with zencart only to run into a roadblock. Is there any other suggestions?
