admin log activity?

Hi sorry I'm quite noob with sql and running older zen (1.2.7) which don't have the option in store manager.. I just peeked my logs and threre's a LOT of entrys.. dating over two years ago..can I just select log id, access_date, admin_id, page_accessed, page_parameters, ip_address from the admin_activity_log table and push empty?

thank you! please let me know since I don't want to take risk about messing my admin without the blessing from zen master

If you have had no problens then you can just choose the admin activity log table in phpmyadmin and hit the empty button
