Optimize ZenCart in phpMyAdmin

How do i go about optimizing Zencart in phpMyAdmin? Network Solutions said the shopping cart system is very slow because it needs to be opimized and phpMyAdmin can do that? Anybody know how to do that? I have ZERO experience with phpMyAdmin.

Zen Cart is a little intense on queries, however if you are running a newer version it has indexes in it to take care of someo of that,

I would contact netsol and ask to be moved to a server that is less loaded ( populated )

Already have been dealing with that issue for 2 days now. I just got in a bit of an email fight with my client over it. I told her to switch hosts but she won't do it. I explained that SSL, Zen Cart and Network Solutions do not work together. She kept calling Network Soltuons and they keep giving her answers of course she thinks all of those answers will work. NetSol keeps pointing her to forum posts that are 1.5 - 3 years old and say "that's how you fix it".

I told her she has 1 option...
1.) switch hosts

note to self; neve use network solutions or take on clients who refuse to switch.
