help needed please !!

Hello. I have posted numerous threads with so far no luck in help... i am grateful for the replies but they aren't exactly solving my problems!!
i am super frustrated because i have hired numerous web designers who say they can do what i want...and i pay them...and they do not follow through.
I am trying to learn as much as i can since obviously this is a message to me that I NEED TO DO THE WORK...i can't hire anyone to help me EVER AGAIn.
Here is a list of what i need to accomplish before my store can open.

-I would like to display an image for both the shopping cart header , category image headers, and my account....however this image needs to be resized

- I would like The units in stock to display on product info page. i have it on the correct settings in ADMIN but it is still NOT SHOWING!!!!

-I would like my previous next button to appear below my product info...but it is not doing so even though i have it configured to do so in admin.

-I would like a grid style product listing for New Products and Allbroducts like as in the JEWELRY category listing

-I would like to install the zen lightbox mod successfully

-I have image name issues. J34 is showing up with J3 and J10 is showing up with J1 etc. how do i solve this problem

-I would like my thumbnail addtl images to not be all on top of one another.

A couple of points that I can address off the top of my head...
Additional image thumbnails on top of each other? I found a pair in Blue AB Bells Bracelet and they look normal. What were you wanting?

Image names need to have unique bases. You can't have one product's main image named J3 and another's named J34 - try J03 and J34 (or J003 and J034 - use enough digits that you will never overflow.) The Zen magic of additional images works by identifying all images that start with the name given to the main product image.

There are a lot of settings for the prev/next bar - are you sure you have turned them on under Previous Next - Button and Image Status?

the only way to fix this is to rename the images, ZC was designed to be smart and to add all relevant images to a product based on the name of the image

Do you want one image in different sizes for all three locations? If so, you should make copies in the exact sizes you want, with appropriate names. Is it a product picture, or a background image you want? If a background image, you can find the class/id governing the styling of each location and assign the file as a background-image in your stylesheet. If you want this image to change, that will be a whole different matter.

How did you set this? Did you use Catalog > Product Types > Product-General > edit layout and set Show Quantity in Stock to 1?

I have the qty box and prev next nav enabled... i promise. any ideas why they aren't showing. ill be renaming my pics thx !!!!!!
