In the Canada Post Implementation Guide, it indicates that I should know what box Canada Post has used for the order via the 'Descriptive Name' I have given the box. However, in my order testing this is not happening. The only information I am getting is this:
Canada Post (1box(es) to be shipped)(Expedited, 2004-04-10)
That appears on the customer checkout and in the Admin Orders section. I checked with Canada Post this morning and they say I should be getting information on what box was used (Box A, Box B, etc) and that my developer is responsible for what information I can view. I have combed the Admin section and cannot see anything I can turn on to view the box description.
Has any Canadian ZenCart user has this problem and found the solution? I would pass it on to my webmaster. Thanks.
