setting up UPS module

Hi, I am so lost regarding the UPS module set up. I was reading some other posts here relating to setting up UPS module. From what I gather, here is what I did.

I went on to UPS homepage and step by step going through the steps for the ONLINE TOOL. I got the Developer's key, Acess Key and downloaded the Rate Selection module.

One of the post provided the 3rd party contribution link of xml for UPS gateway. I got that too. AFter I have unzipped the file, it basically created a Cataloge Folder. I copy the folder to my server..public/store/ . Now the folder is on my server.

Now what do i do? How do I set up the module. Sorry I am not a programer so lease provide me step by step. What to do with the rate and selection xml that I downloaded from UPS homepage?

i know its a obvious question, but I really don't know how to implement it...can any tell me how i implement UPS module? I am in Canada by the way...
