Default PayPal Charges Shipping after my Cart Already Did

I'm sure there's an option in PayPal to turn that off, but I can't find it. Anyone know how to make paypal only change the amount that my site sends?

    1. Login to PayPal account
    2. Click on Profile
    3. Click on Shipping Calculations and disable all.

"disable all" is not a button to click.

Go through all your shipping settings on that page and turn them off or remove them or set them to $0

The screen is rather difficult to describe in a paragraph.

If you need specific assistance using the PayPal interface, I might suggest a call to their tech support team.
