Tell a Friend box will not appear

any idea why I can't get my "tell a friend" box to appear? is there something I need to fiddle with outside of the Layout Boxes Controller?

no, I hadn't! but now I have, and it is there! I was not aware some boxes only appear on some pages.

My "tell a friend box" is lost !!!! even if it is set to "ON" in the layout boxer controller. Even using the reset button nothing change !!!

How come?

I got this problem plus another one then I am done !!!!
