Still confused! Got the information on how to find all the credit card numbers, but now...

Regarding tax, I somehow managed to set up two tax zones when I only want one. I have New York local sales tax zone (not configured) and New York State Sales tax (configured). Neither have the green light (taxes and zones defined). Your help is appreciated.

Once I set it up correctly, how do I test it? I have only one product.
