We got this module installed and all of our tax data entered but I cant seem to get the tax being charged to display in the checkout totals. Is there a setting I am missing somewhere. BTW - Love this module and thanks you LadyHLG for all the hardwork and excellent support!!

The first thing to check is that you have actually activated the mod.

In Cart Admin navigate to Modules -> Order Total, and click on "Local Sales Taxes", then click the "install" button.

Check that first if that is not the problem then we can move on from there.

Yes it has been installed/activated and under the Locations / Taxes Menu ----> Local Sales Taxes all 870 tax rates for Kansas are listed...

What version of zen cart are you running?

We are running our first install of Zencart 1.3.7 i am planing to upgrade to 1.3.8 this weekend. Yours is the first Mod we have installed and it is Release 2.0a

Server OS: Darwin 7.9.0 Database: MySQL 4.1.22-standard PHP Version: 5.1.2 (Zend: 2.1.0)

Thanks again for your quick replies and support, I am fairly new to running my own server and open source software and have already seen that most of the time you cant get anyone to answer questions so I really appreciate your help.

I dont see anything off hand in your set up that should cause problems, I haven't tested the mod with version 1.38 yet so I dont know how that will effect things.
Would you feel comfortable giving me access to your admin to check your setting?

Changing the apply to field from delivery_postcode to just postcode worked like a charm! Thanks so much. One last question, how do we turn off the other Sales Tax. When in checkout it show shipping, then Sales Tax - $0.00 then the Local Sales Tax....

I believe that should be under Modules -> Order Total
