Options for a product

Say I sell walking canes. they can come in lengths from 34" - 40" in length. Also, they cane have coper tips. And they can come with a high gloss coat, and they also can have life like eyes installed in them. Oh yeah, I can laser engrave their name also, so they are going to need to fill in the text box of what they want engraved on their cane, if the option is selected.

I need each of my products to have sub-categories for upgrades and options underneath them so my customers can customize their cane. How can I do this?
