I finally figured it out. I did not finish off the install instructions for the module because I had been trying different ones and got confused. I finished #4 and it works! So the lesson is follow instructions...


4. Login to your viaklix terminal:
A.Go to Terminal Setup -> Payment Form Field Setup
B.In the Order Information section, select "Add New Field"
C.Make the "name" and "display name" "zenid"; Max char 100; ONLY leave the bottom two boxes checked; select "create field"
D.Add another field, make the "name" and "display name" "main_page"; max char 50; ONLY leave second to last box checked; select create field
