Database is corrupted?

I received an email from a potential customer and found out the database seems to be corrupted. I was getting this error message:
"1054 Unknown column 'p.products_id' in 'on clause'"
when I click on one of the items.

I'm at a loss here... did something happen on my server? Is there something I can do to reset the database?

Please ask your host if they have recently changed your MYSQL version or made any other changes.

They didn't say if they changed it. Just that they are running Mysql 5.0.27 and php 4.4.6.
