Credit Card Split Function

Hi,

Before I start digging around I was wondering if someone could point me at the function that splits and stores and emails a customers credit card details?

Also, besides using SSL are there any other steps that should be taken to secure this process?

I'm not sure what you want to know. To accept credit cards for offline processing, turn on the CC module in your admin.

I guess I didn't explain myself properly. I am looking for the php file that does this.

However, (since most ask this information because they want to bypass the split), be advised that bypassing the splitting of the information is STRONGLY DISCOURAGED due to the security risks inherent in doing so, not to mention the liability problems your business may encounter.

I don't want to stop the split from occuring I am actually interested in seeing if I could be made more secture using an encryption key or something.

Yes, that sort of thing can be done. You'll have to get involved with setting up shared and private certificate/keys too in order to do that.
