Referral Program for Customers

Good Morning Zenners,

My name is Jonah, I'm the webmaster for PrimeVapor. http://www.primevapor.com

I've been browsing through the forums finding threads related to my question, but I've yet to see a solution for it.

The need was described well in this thread:

However, I require a referral program that would allow the use of a coupon code to not only give a discount to the user who's entering the code, (which is already supported in zen) but also accredit the customer who gave the code out a 5% in-store credit.

So, to rehash what the needs are- Bob gives Joe a biz card that has his own personal referral code (made just for Bob) that would give Joe a 5% discount, and then accredit Bob's account for a 5% discount/credit on his orders when he makes them.

The design for this is obvious, it would allow a customer to have a incentive to get others to try our product.

Any suggestions?
