Customizing Category index

hi everyone, quick question and hopefully an easy answer.

is there a way to add some personal text to the category index?
like say a customer clicks on the category babys health i would like to add some text and possible a picture to that page. but i want it to be for just that category index. i would like each index page to have its own customization.
im just not sure how i would implement that.

if anyone has any ideas or can point me in the right direction it would be most appreciated.

When you create a category you can give it a description and image.

To edit, go to admin > Catalog > Categories/Products and in the listing click on the "e" to the right of the category in question. The edit page will let you say whatever you want about the category, and put in an image for it.

You can do this for each category.
