Paypal IPN problem with state and phone number on Denmark customers

Please help on this one...

Latest Zen Cart version 1.3.7 with latest paypal patches installed (march 21).

1) When submitting a paypal ipn payment to a eu address i.e. denmark - the state/province/region field does not get transfered over correctly and results in the field on the Paypal page just having a '0' in it.

2) The routine also truncates the telephone number to 3 digits from the middle of the number i.e. 123456789 is displayed as 456.

I understand that the customer could correct these errors on the paypal page but error free payment processing is really important to the whole experience..

Hi,

I'm getting a similar problem with payments from the UK - the state defaults to 'England' so a customer has to select the correct state from the dropdown and the same 3 digit phone number issue which they have to manually correct - eg, entering 01234 500 500 on zen cart would bring up 345 on the paypal page.
