Hi people,
This fix will allow county information to be transfered to paypal IPN and the full phone number.
1. Install attached paypalcountiesV1.sql in zones using phpmyadmin
2. Switch on 'state - always display as a pulldown' in configuration, customer details.
3. Install the latest paypal patch if you haven't already from:
http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=56216
4. Install attached paypal.php into includes/modules/payment
