Removing required fields from Contact Us page?

Help! Is there an easy way to change a form field from 'required' to not required?

I added several fields to a Contact Us page, and they work fine, except the only fields I would to be 'required' are the full name, e-mail and phone.

I would like to know how to remove postcode as a required field also.
