I am sorry, I am so frustrated right now.Our site is less than two weeks old and this is NOT the way I wanted to start out.
I've obviously got something wrong and everyone's telling me that it's someone else's problem. All I want to do is sit in the corner and cry. I know you are trying to help.
ASK THEM WHAT THEY CHANGED
dont let them tell you that they didnt change anything,
you said its been working just fine, now it dosnt. that means SOMETHING happened.
you have re-uploaded ALL files so you know its not zen cart
that only leaves the server, you might want ot ask them if they re-compiled php with phpsuexec

I DID ask them what they changed and they said they didn't change anything! I can't exactly call them up and call them liars. I mentioned the phpsusex and they didn't say anything about it.
I will put in a support ticket and ask them again and see if I get a different response.
here is the situation,
you install store it works
one day store dosnt work,
try ALL troubleshooting
host says you have been on php 5.2 sionce account opened,
you re-install store, still dosnt work,
guess what.
they changed something,
so yes you can call and ask to some one that has a clue and not some flip card reader,
your site wouldnt just STOP working for no reason,
the code dosnt change itself,

Definitely caused by a PHP setting change on the host (related to number of available directory handles and/or memory allocation), which exposed a memory leak problem in Zen Cart. The patch above fixes it on both store and admin sides, and will be included in the next release of Zen Cart.
