First Class Shipping USPS weight problem?

What version Zen Cart?

Clean install or an upgrade?

Look at the file:
/includes/modules/shipping/usps.php

on your server ... what is the line that starts with:
* @version $Id: usps.php

read?

United States Postal Service (1 x 0.19lbs) (Priority Mail (2 - 3 days)) $4.05

Thank you! I don't know what my husband did, but he changed it back to pounds, and then it just started working! I don't know if someone fixed something in there while we were doing it or what (not sure how they would have!)?

Did anyone ever figure out what was changed to fix this issue? All of a sudden the First Class option has disappeared from the shipping module.

Have you added the updates for the November USPS changes that they did not announce to anyone that they were making?
