Emergency - Deleted Country and..

Help! I deleted my country (United States) by accident from the countries list. Is there any way I can get these back? Is there a file that got wiped? I'm in major panic mode! Please help!

First, backup your DB prior to making any alterations.

If you have access to phpmyadmin and the Zen Cart distribution that matches your installed version - easiest might be to first create a new db and import the Zen Cart sql file into it - then export from this only the geo zones and/or the zones table(s) - without looking I think this is the geo zones table -

then this will download to your local - Now change to your active DB and import this table that was downloaded.
