1. How do you remove the bars?

2. How would I remove the address from the top because I have it somewhere else on the page?

3. How would I change the footer?

or at least with #1 how would i align the 2 bars because they are sorta un aligned

#2 address appears from admin-configuration - my store - store address and phone
this address is use on invoice and appears on contact page
if you want it to be on the invoice but not contact page you would need to edit contact page php file, what exactly is not my area though
