Changing site URL

Can anyone tell me how to change the site url, I set up my store on a temp, file on my server and converted and transfered products for another program. Now I am ready to replace the old with the new so how do I change the URL in the setup?

Also, can a PDF be inserted into one of the additional pages?

Is there a manual for EZ Populate?

2 files includes/configure.php and admin/includes/configure.php

Also, can a PDF be inserted into one of the additional pages?
