Do I need SSL?

I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you referring to a SSL cert that is on a shared server? If so, that will be recognized. But, since it's not issued to the actual site utilizing it, a customer will get popup warnings each time it is used.

OK thanks. I will just need to test it out. If there is a pop up then i got to have a dedicated cert for my site.
