Adding Radio Buttons

Although this does apply to shipping posts, I thought it was a more general question so I posted it here because the answer might not come from people who are only looking in the shipping posts.

I need to mock the UPS and FED EX shipping mods radio buttons. I want to provide shipping choices for the buyer just like the UPS and FED EX mods do but with no pricing. Strickly for informational use that will let the store owner know how to send out the package. Of course it would also be noce if the info was passed to database and confirmation emails too. The store explains that shipping cost will be added at time of shipping. FYI, it is a Purchase Order drivin store, so the buyer will recieve a bill in the mail with the products + shipping fees included.

The buyers already have an account with the company, we are just providing an online way for them to order and reorder without having to call in or fax an order.

Any help on this would be appreciated!
