This kind of forum search result is utterly maddening:

How am I supposed to search for how to edit text of the email welcome letter without using the word welcome? Plough through years of posts about every other email problem?

I apologize if I appear testy, I AM testy. Every time I get one thing sorted out another snafu rears its ugly head. Too old for this.
