In the PayPal payments module it says there is a test credit card "4111111111111111". Does that mean I can use that fake number to test payments and see what happens?
What is the difference between using that number and setting the module for "Sandbox"?
If I set the module for "Sandbox" does PayPal automatically know it is a test payment?
