Attributes error

I have followed the instrucutions set by Ajeh on the help page under the "Hoe do I add attributes to my priducts questions" I've done it all as it said and I get this when I hit the insert button:
1136 Column count doesn't match value count at row 1
in:
[insert into zen_products_attributes values (0, '241', '1', '5', '0.15', '+', '0', '1', '0', '+', '0', '0', '1', '', '1', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0', '', '', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0')]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

What does it mean and how do I fix it. Also, I feel the tutorial lacks some info. For exmplae, what is the "Attributes Qty Price Discount:" on the attributes controller page used for? Is it so that I can set price discounts as in the Product Price Manager?

If so how do I use it?

Did anyone ever find out how to fix this error? I get the same thing when I try to add attributes to an item.

Did you get this figured out? I'm having the same problem after installing the wholesale module. I uninstalled it, but I am still getting the errors.

In response to canemasters, that's something to start with in figuring this one out, I also had installed the wholesale module. Didn't have this problem with my previous 1.2.7 version of zen cart with wholesale mod installed though.

I actually am starting with a fresh zen cart, a lot of work, but I couldn't find an answer to this problem, so...

Good luck to everyone having this dilemma!

This sucks in a way that I cant even explain! I am unable to add any new products because of this wholesale module! I uninstalled it and it is still happening. Somebody has to know what the solution is. !!!

Hmmmm, I wonder if your problem is not the wholesale module. I was able to add new products after installing the wholesale mod.

I'm going to create a new sql database and swap to it and see if I have the same problem. I'll post my results. I may just end up having to recreate everything on my site.

Nevermind, I'm not reinstalling zencart just to get a new database. I've gota get this problem fixed. Cant anybody help me on this?
