Fedex Module - No Rates Returned

I have been using the Fedex Mod for almost a year now and have had no issues, over the alst few months it has been acting up.


Very often at checkout it gives the error message that no rates were returned by fedex and that maybe the fedex server is down.
It used to happen once in a great while, now it is happening to at least 1 customer per day.

Any ideas on what could be causing thsi to happen but not 100% of the time?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, I have the same problem.
I don't rely on FEDEX anymore for rates even though I ship most of our products by FEDEX.

My Fedex MOD has not been returning rates now for a few days at all and it takes about 2 full minutes for my zencart to even get tot the page where it says no rates returned. My customers are not waiting and not placing orders!

Who else out there is using the FedEx MOD? Is this is an isolated issue or is there server down????? Is ther any way we can get updates of when there server will be down so we can prepare? This is a seriosu issue for anyone who relies on ZenCart and uses this mod.

Sorry forgot to mention I am now getting:

No Rates Returned, 0911 : Resources are unavailable to service your request.

I've met the same error message.

It's a fresh installation of v1.3.8 with FedEx module http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...roducts_id=367
(with some changes from http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=82955)

I use phpinfo() to make sure cURL is enabled on my server:

cURL support enabled
cURL Information libcurl/7.18.2 zlib/1.2.3

However, this module returns following debug message

I am also having issues with FedEx (only issues with Express, Ground works fine). I am getting "no rates returned" with Express. Here is the debug return message:

I also noticed in my admin UI, there are extra spaces for the drop off type and currency code (see attached screenshots). Is this normal and could this be causing my issues?

Any help? Can anyone at least tell me if the extra spaces in the "drop off type" and "currency code" are normal? Thanks...

I figured out the issue. If you have any blank spaces like I did, simply uninstall the module in the UI then reinstall. You should not get any blank space after reinstalling!
