ok, this should be simple, but apparently it is not. How do I reactivate an inactive coupon?? I clicked on edit and changed the dates, but it is not working. It is not moving it back into the active coupons, yet, it wont let me create a new coupon using the same code. I am pulling my hair out here....help!!!!!!!

If the Discount Coupon is marked as Inactive ... there is not a way to reactivate it ...
If the Discount Coupon is not functional due to the date restriction, then it can be edited to change the dates ...Linda McGrath
