Custom.php Gets Silverfish Treatment?

didnt think id need to go the class ids. im not trying to change fonts & like that.
Just want the new php page to be surrounded by my site like every other page is. But it calling that style sheet somehow the surrounding background color changed to match my store.
Thanks for the reply. Ideas on how to?

The background changed because every page your site generates, whether its a zc page or not, has a body tag and your calling the same stylesheet that you use for the zc pages. The stylesheet won't call the sideboxes
